ECM1504 Strategic Management
This subject strengthens students’ ability to think critically, make strategic choices, and understand the role of leadership, resources, and organisational capability in driving long-term success. It also prepares you to analyse complex business situations using tools such as SWOT/TOWS, VRIO, Porter’s Five Forces, strategic groups, BCG Matrix, and balancing short-term performance with long-term strategic positioning.
